Dietary Fruits and Arthritis

Regular consumption of fruits, such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and pomegranates, may be beneficial in the prevention and treatment of arthritis.

This study looked at how frequent intake of fruits affects the risk of acquiring arthritis. Researchers reviewed data drawn out from relevant studies. 

Researchers discovered that indulgence in fruits, such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and pomegranates, not only hindered the development of arthritis, but also alleviated symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This study emphasized the important role high dietary ingestion of fruits play in the prevention and management of arthritis.
