Alcohol consumption analysis among patients with liver disease in China

Alcohol drinkers may be highly liable to develop liver disease.

This study looked at the alcohol consumption habits of patients with liver disease. Lifestyle and health data from 1,489 Chinese men and women were analyzed for this study. 

Researchers noticed that a significant proportion of patients with liver disease were habitual consumers of alcohol. This study pointed out the harmful effect of alcohol on the liver.
