Fried Food Consumption and Cardiovascular Health: A Review of Current Evidence

Regular intake of fried foods may be detrimental to cardiovascular and overall health.

This study assessed how high dietary intake of fried foods affects cardiovascular health. Researchers evaluated data from relevant studies on the subject. 

Researchers identified a harmful association between frequent consumption of fried foods and cardiovascular and general health. The findings of this study reveal that filling our plates with fried foods may pose a danger to both our cardiovascular and overall health.
