The association between plant-based diet and erectile dysfunction in Chinese men

Following a plant-based diet may reduce a man's likelihood of suffering from erectile dysfunction.

This study examined how eating a plant-based diet influences a man's chances of having erectile dysfunction (ED). Researchers from China analyzed the diets of 92 men with erectile dysfunction and another 92 men without this condition.

The team of investigators observed low rates of erectile dysfunction among men on plant-based diets. The researchers recommended that "committing to plant-based diet can be encouraged for many health benefits and to lower ED burden."
