Researchers conducted a meticulous meta-analysis on data drawn out from 20 studies involving over 1 million participants.

Researchers discovered that preference for ultra-processed foods promoted the onset of adverse cardiovascular events, such as stroke, myocardial infarction (MI), and transient ischemic attack. This study demonstrated that indulgence in ultra-processed foods could herald the development of stroke, myocardial infarction, and transient ischemic attack (TIA).
