Association of physical activity level and stroke outcomes in men and women: a meta-analysis

Being physically active may shield an individual from stroke attack.

This study clarified the correlation between engaging in physical activity and an individual's probability of experiencing a stroke attack. Researchers conducted a meta-analysis on data and evidence extracted from 13 scientific publications. 

Researchers noticed that physically active individuals had low tendency to suffer from stroke. This meta-analysis showed that exercising regularly may tip the odds of preventing a stroke attack in favor of an individual.
