Plant-Based Diets and Cancer Risk: What is the Evidence?

Consuming a plant-based diet may help guard against the development of cancer.

This study seeks to clarify the impact of strict adherence to a plant-based diet on the incidence of cancer. Scientific data and evidence were analyzed for this study. 

Researchers identified a strong link between the ingestion of plant-based diet and a significant decline in cancer risk. According to this study, generous consumption of plant foods may have a role in reducing the incidence of cancer globally.
