Born a vegetarian! Attended one of Neal Bernard's "Food for Life" seminars in 2005, because I was in remission from stage 4 cancer and did not want it to return. (I am now a 20 year thriver!) In 2006, I attended a CHIP (coronary health improvement program by Hans Diehl) and heard Bernard, Diehl, Esselstyn, McDougal, and Antonia Demus speak. It really blew me away. However, it has been only in the last couple of years that I am doing my best to embrace a WFPB lifestyle. I love that there are so many blogs, summits, retreats,FB groups, books, cookbooks, etc for support for this way of living. I am learning so much every day. Love it!
