I received my gourmet living-food chef and instructor certification from Living Light Culinary Academy in Fort Bragg, CA and my professional natural chef certification from The Natural Epicurean in Austin, TX. I have been eating plant-based since 1999, and have seen so many benefits. Before that, I was on antibiotics averaging 6 times a year. Since 1999, I have not needed them at all. Since going oil-free, my bloodwork is the best it has ever been.
