Love for life, desire to serve, passion for her profession, hungry to feed her mind, disciplined for exercise, healthy whole plant eater, diverse learner, eager to meet new people, truthful friend and caring mother is the best way of describing Claudia Diaz. Claudia is a lifelong learner who has been obsessed in discovering the "catalyst" that will make the difference in developing successful students that are capable of serving the world. She has been building a “life education” where the students are able to take the test of their life, test which they take every day as they decide what to eat, what to think, etc. She has been creating a curriculum where students are empowered to take command of their health. In this quest, she has earned a professional degree in Architecture from Universidad Javeriana, a Masters in City Planning from MIT, a Masters in Education from the University of Alabama, and most recently a Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg's Business Executive Program. She was part of the Singularity Program that takes place in Silicon Valley for Exponential Technology, has been enrolled in culinary and in high definition photographic and film courses and a certified Coach from the ICT (International Coaching Community). She has studied in many realms including, creativity, applied sciences, art, math, and currently in personal development making her a truly unique and well-rounded human being. Claudia believes she cannot be defined by any profession; rather she is a mixture of them where titles are not important, but rather the product of this mix and what she can deliver and give to others. Claudia is not only a dreamer but an action entrepreneur who started with a school of zero students to one that rose up to 1000 in only 10 years. A great team surrounds her, which she describes as empowered and in a state of "excellency", this is for her, the greatest asset of the Montessori British School (her dream come true) and the reason for its growth. Claudia has earned one of the country's most prestigious awards "La Cruz José Acevedo y Gomez" only given to outstanding human beings in her country that contribute to the development of society in a meaningful way.
