Soy Consumption and the Risk of Prostate Cancer: An Updated Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

High dietary ingestion of soy foods may brighten a man's chances of evading prostate cancer.

​This study assessed the risk of prostate cancer associated with the intake of soy foods using a meta-analytic approach. Data from 30 scientific publications were analyzed for this study. 

Researchers noticed that the risk of prostate cancer declined with frequent consumption of soy foods. The findings of this study reveal that high soy diet may help inhibit the development of prostate cancer.
