The association between physical activity and renal cancer: systematic review and meta-analysis

Engaging in physical activity regularly may help knock down renal (kidney) cancer risk in men and women.

​This study investigated the effect of physical activity on renal (kidney) cancer risk. Researchers complied data and evidence culled from 19 studies that examined over 2 million men and women. 

Data analysis revealed that adopting a physically active lifestyle exerted a protective effect against kidney cancer. This study concluded that being physically active could lower an individual's risk of developing renal cancer.
