Review of exercise and the risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Regular exercise may diminish the likelihood of having benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH).

​This study analyzed the impact of exercise on the risk of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). Researchers pooled lifestyle and clinical data from 14 studies that examined the link between exercise and benign prostate hyperplasia. 

Researchers observed that men who exercised regularly had low probability of getting benign prostate hyperplasia. The results of this study highlight the importance of exercise in the prevention of benign prostate hyperplasia.
