Researchers observed a significant reduction in breast cancer risk in subjects on diets that promote the consumption of fruits, vegetables, and soy foods. Evidence from this study support the inclusion of fruits, vegetables, and soy foods as part of a dietary approach for the prevention of breast cancer.
