Greater intake of fatty foods, including dairy products, red, and cured meats, may induce the formation, growth, and spread of cancerous cells and tumors in the kidneys.

‚ÄčThis research work studied the impact of high dietary ingestion of fatty foods on the prevalence of renal cell (kidney) in the United States. Researchers evaluated the dietary habits and incidence of kidney cancer among 2,900 US men and women using data obtained from validated food frequency questionnaires and hospital records. 

Researchers noticed high incidence of renal cell carcinoma among avid consumers of fatty foods, including dairy products, red and cured meats. The findings of this study reveal that generous intake of fatty foods may contribute positively to the development kidney cancer.
