Effects of soy isoflavones on cognitive function: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

Adding more soy foods to our diet may boost our cognitive function.

This meta-analysis examined the impact of eating soy foods regularly on cognitive function. Data from 16 studies were reviewed for this meta-analysis. 

Researchers discovered that improved cognitive function was associated with consistent consumption of soy foods. The results of this study show that greater intake of soy foods may have a positive impact on cognitive function.
