Engaging in physical activity regularly may help knock down renal (kidney) cancer risk in men and women.

This study investigated the effect of physical activity on renal (kidney) cancer risk. Researchers complied data and evidence culled from 19 studies that examined over 2 million men and women. 

Data analysis revealed that adopting a physically active lifestyle exerted a protective effect against kidney cancer. This study concluded that being physically active could lower an individual's risk of developing renal cancer.
