Breast cancer is less likely to occur in women who engaged in physical activity regularly.

​This meta-analysis assessed how physical activity influences the odds of having breast cancer. Researchers conducted a meticulous meta-analysis on data drawn out of 31 studies, involving more than 63,000 cases of breast cancer. 

Data analysis revealed an inverse association between increased level of physical activity and the likelihood of developing breast cancer. "Physical activity could significantly reduce the risk of breast cancer," the researchers concluded.
