Habitual consumption of foods rich in proanthocyanidins, flavanones, and isoflavones can help knock down the risk of endometrial cancer.

This study evaluated the correlation between high dietary exposure to flavonoids and the probability of acquiring endometrial cancer. Researchers examined dietary questionnaires from 454 patients with endometrial cancer and 908 healthy women.

Researchers observed that lovers of foods packed with flavonoids, particularly proanthocyanidins, flavanones, and isoflavones, had bright chances of avoiding endometrial cancer. This study strengthens the body of evidence supporting the preventive effects of proanthocyanidins, flavanones, and isoflavones from food sources against endometrial cancer.
