Adopting a diet rich in grapes, tomatoes, and soybeans may decrease a woman's chances of acquiring breast cancer.

This study comprehensively examined if consistent consumption of fruits, vegetables, and soy foods is beneficial for the prevention of breast cancer. The study population included 708 healthy Korean women and 359 patients with breast cancer. 

Researchers observed reduced breast cancer risk among women who ate generous portions of grapes, tomatoes, and soybeans regularly. This study emphasizes the important role some fruits, vegetables, and soy foods play in the prevention of breast cancer.
