Eating high-fiber foods regularly may help curb the development of ovarian cancer.

​The purpose of this meta-analysis was to clarify the association between compliance with a high-fiber diet and the tendency to develop ovarian cancer. Researchers conducted a meticulous meta-analysis on data drawn out from 17 studies. 

Researchers noted that increased intake foods rich in fiber lessened the risk of ovarian cancer. Data from this study show that avid consumption of high-fiber foods may be beneficial in the prevention of ovarian cancer.
