Adhering to a dietary pattern that promotes the consumption of fruits, vegetables and soy foods may confer women with significant protection against breast cancer.

This study aimed to assess if eating a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and soy foods is beneficial for the prevention of breast cancer. Researchers reviewed dietary and medical data derived from a pool of 12 studies. 

Researchers discovered that women who ate the highest amounts of vegetables, fruits, and soy foods had the lowest risk of breast cancer. The results of this study show that diet loaded with fruits, vegetables, and soy foods may be a potent weapon for preventing breast cancer.
