Therapeutic potential of berries in age-related neurological disorders

Generous consumption of berries may help boost cognitive function and curb the development of age-related neurological disorders in elderly men and women.

This study evaluated the impact of high dietary ingestion of berries on brain health in older adults. Researchers gathered data and evidence from relevant scientific publications.

Researchers noticed that frequent consumers of berries enjoyed improved cognitive function and significant protection against neurological disorders associated with old age, such dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease.
