Ultra-processed Food and Obesity: What Is the Evidence?
Avid intake of ultra-processed foods may give rise to obesity in men and women.
This study set out to untie the knot entangling high dietary ingestion of ultra-processed foods with the development of obesity. Researchers utilized data and evidence obtained from relevant studies.
Researchers identified an upsurge in the incidence of obesity with elevated intake of ultra-processed foods. This study concluded that devout consumption of ultra-processed foods may promote the accumulation of excess fats and obesity in men and women.
