Health-Related Quality of Life in Relation to Fruit and Vegetable Intake among Polish Pharmacists

Elevated consumption of fruits and vegetables may enhance the physical and mental health of men and women.

This study evaluated the impact of a high fruit and vegetable diet on mental and physical health. Researchers reviewed the eating habits and the medical records of 667 Polish pharmacists who completed validated questionnaires about their dietary choices and health. 

Researchers noticed improved physical and mental functioning among devout consumers of fruits and vegetables. The results of this study show that incorporating generous portions of fruits and vegetables into our plates on a regular basis may be beneficial for our health.
