Female infertility and dietary antioxidant index (DAI); a case-control study
Embracing a high antioxidant diet may help improve fertility in women.
This research work focused on how the antioxidant potential of a diet affects fertility in females. Researchers matched dietary choices with the fertility status of 250 Iranian women.
Researchers observed that fertility rates increased in women who enjoyed consuming antioxidant-containing foods. This study recommended that "following an antioxidant-rich diet may reduce the risk of infertility."
