Plant-Based Diets Reduce Blood Pressure: A Systematic Review of Recent Evidence
Strict adherence to a plant-based diet may help to maintain blood pressure numbers within a healthy range.
This study threw more light on the effect of high dietary ingestion of plant foods on blood pressure control. Researchers gathered data and evidence extracted from eligible studies.
Researchers noticed that consumers of plant foods had healthier blood pressure numbers than their counterparts on animal-based diets. This study identified plant-based diets as a potent dietary weapon that can be deployed to prevent high blood pressure (hypertension).
