Eating eggs is linked to increased risk of CVD

Likeness for eggs may egg on cardiovascular disease and premature death in men and women.

This study examined the impact of egg consumption on the burden of cardiovascular disease and total mortality. Researchers followed 29,615 men and women for 17.5 years, monitoring their diets and health during the course of the study. 

Researchers noticed that daily intake of additional half egg increased cardiovascular disease and total mortality risk by 6% and 8% respectively. This study pointed out that upping the rate of ingestion of eggs may steer an individual in the direction leading to the onset of cardiovascular disease and early death.
