Physical activity and exercise in liver cancer

Adopting a physically active lifestyle may help combat the development of liver cancer in men and women.

The purpose of this study was to determine the association between partaking in physical activity regularly and the odds of developing liver cancer. Researchers gathered data and evidence from relevant scientific publications.

Researchers noticed that participants who were physically active had great chances of warding off liver cancer. "In brief, physical exercise should be considered an important intervention in the prevention and treatment of liver cancer and its complications," the study concluded.
