Citrus fruits and stomach cancer: a quantitative systematic analysis.

High intake of citrus fruits may exert a protective effect on stomach cancer.

This research work investigated the correlation between the consumption of citrus fruits and the incidence of stomach cancer by meta-analysis. 14 studies were included in this meta-analysis. Researchers discovered that regular consumers of citrus fruits had low chances of developing stomach. The findings of this meta-analysis indicate that the risk of stomach cancer may be reduced with generous intake of citrus fruits.
