It is amazing to see how doors have opened for Rip Esselstyn to become such a strong leader in the plant-based movement. He was, of course in the right place at the right time, but even more he had a heart for helping others.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to get to know Rip and to have been able to help his team during some really fantastic live-in week-long lifestyle programs. What a wonderful learning experience we have been through these past four years.

Rips first book "The Engine 2 Diet" was a best seller as is his second book "My Beef with Meat". Rip's Engine 2 program has helped countless numbers of people to improve their health. You will notice the words Vegan and Vegetarians are not what Rip uses to describe his diet.  Instead he uses "Plant-Strong".

We love giving his book The Engine 2 Diet to 'manly men' because they can respect Rip and his accomplishments and hence become more willing to heed his advice. The Engine 2 Diet is a great 28 day program. If you are not convinced about the plant-based lifestyle then consider trying Rip's 28 day challenge.  His Engine 2 Diet program is also called "Plant-Strong" and for a good reason.  As Rip has been known to say: "Real Men Eat Plants".
