Hi and thank you, Sean. I am a patient. I left a voicemail on Friday to make an appointment and the message said to check the Patient Portal for aHi and thank you, Sean. I am a patient. I left a voicemail on Friday to make an appointment and the message said to check the Patient Portal for a response to my voicemail (?) I thought that was strange, but tried to log in to the PP today and thought perhaps there would be a message in response to my voicemail, but the Login URL that I was given at my first appointment is clearly not secure, and I am not willing to go there. So I am not sure how to make an appointment and joined this thinking it would help me. Though I think if someone from the office were to call me back that would be a lot easier! More ... -
