Is it harmful to take a pain reliever when you're dealing with the flu? I've been staying away from NSAIDs to help in healing my gut but I am dealing with the flu and wondering if it would be safe to take one? I've been eating right, getting light exercise, and taking hot baths.

I try to stay away from the NSAIDs also. I will be interested to hear the reply you get. How are you doing with your leaky gut healing? Are you intolerant to many foods?
