I am so happy that my gut is healing! My skin rash has gone down considerably this past month. I used to have flare ups from tomatoes. But recently, I made a new dish for my cooking club. It has our New Start ketchup recipe in it. I tried it and no flareups. The past 2 weeks, I've had some fresh tomato (once a week) and no flareups there either! So excited how going oil free and eating more greens and other anti-inflammatory plant foods has been helping! And oh yes--I've dropped a dress size!!
