I just put in a ticket with the software developers looking for answers. I am actually pretty sure I know the application that is causing the problem. I will hear from them soon. However, I also realized the first thing they always ask is whether the software is up to date and using the latest version. I found that there was an update. So, I installed the update. There is always a chance that the update fixed the problem. So, I am wondering if you might be willing to login and try again to reply to one of the messages on your wall? It would be really helpful. I will send this to you by email but also post it on your wall as something you can reply to.
