    Hi Marilyn and Welcome!

    I have been plant based for 3 full months as of July 9. I have lost 30 lbs. How long have you been plant based? Do you belong to a pot luck group? If you need any recommendations let me know. Have a starch filled day!

      I do belong to a plant based pot luck group but have no problems eating plant based. Have done so for years and only this year cut out processedI do belong to a plant based pot luck group but have no problems eating plant based. Have done so for years and only this year cut out processed oils. Work on keeping my weight just where it is. Never had an issue with weight, just would like to do my part to save animals and Gaia too!  More ...
