      Interesting questions. Of course here you can imagine that we do not support in any way the eating of animal flesh or animal fats. Especially not saturated fats. This is true regardless of whether the animal flesh and fat is labeled as organic or not.
      I would suggest that in the future you might want to ask questions like this inside of the discussion forum so that people can more easily find the question and respond to it.

      Another point you might find interesting is that Vegans are not the only people that the World Health Organization recommends supplement with B-12. I know that in Dr. Carney's practice she sees more B-12 deficiencies in her omnivores than in her vegan patients. Probably because the vegans tend to supplement. But, possibly also related is the amount of diuretics that the omnivores also consume such as alcohol and caffeine which then cause the B-12 to be urinated away since B-12 is a water soluble vitamin.
