These are a Few of our Favorite Things: Patient Tesimonials!

It is truly a joy to see people off of their medications because they no longer need those medications. Seeing them no longer suffering from the results of diseases previously on their list makes me as happy as it makes them. When patients are able to check off yet another disease that has come under control through diet instead of drug medications, everybody rejoices!

As the New Year begins please be encouraged that whatever your health goals and desires are, they are probably very attainable. They will however require some effort on your part. You can do it! There is no time to get started better than right now!

I wish we had more hours in our schedule to gather testimonials from our patients and present them online. These stories are such an encouragement! There are hundreds of unwritten stories we will eventually share. Until then, such as we have, we share with you today.

Please meet a few of our success stories in the paragraphs that follow:

Learn how Kay Beefs-up on Cholesterol Lowering Plants afer realizing she was pre-diabetic with high cholesterol.

When a low-fat plant-based therapeutic diet was originally suggested Paul Laughs Out Loud But Tries Just in Case and now the whole family is smiling. Soon thereafter, upon seeing Paul's transformation Heather Follows After Her Husbands Success with equally impressive results. You can now find Heather moderating a wonderful support group on facebook called Get Motivated2Wellness w/ Plants. Visit her there.

Anybody interested in autoimmune diseases might like learn about Susie's Crohn's Disease in Remission. Keep in mind that this article was written in March of 2013 so some extra years of remission need to be added.

These are just a few of our favorite things: We consider them Gems. They are people with wonderful disease reversing stories. So, this New Year. Be encouraged. And, encourage others. You can do it!
