Researchers observed that regular consumers of carrot had slim chances of developing stomach cancer. High intake of carrot was found to cut down the risk of gastric cancer by 26% in this study. The findings of this study reveal that frequent consumption of carrot may play a major role in the prevention of gastric cancer.
