Education in Medical Technology, worked in Clinical and Industrial Microbiology. Married with 2 adult daughters, 4 grandchildren. Master Gardener, Master Beekeeper, "health nut". Interested in permaculture, sustainable agriculture, organic gardening and foods. Plant based diet most of life. Raised on a farm and currently reside in an energy efficient home on a mini-homestead in Western SC.
