Grew up in dairy heavy NZ. Moved to Australia in my 20s raised 5 children, Worked as a Medical Scientist in Microbiology.
Became vegan in my 50s to reverse heart disease and obesity.
Now I'm a Plantbased Advocate in my rural community in NE Victoria, Australia.
